Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Translate & Train account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Send an email to aaa.abdrakhman@gmail.com with:
- Subject:
Delete my account
- Body: the email address you signed in with (Apple or Google), so we can locate your account on the server. If you used "Hide my email" with Apple Sign In, include the
@privaterelay.appleid.com address.
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (user ID, email)
- All authentication tokens issued to you
- API usage logs tied to your account (token counts, cost estimates, request timestamps)
- Promo code redemption history tied to your account
- Any lifetime credits remaining on the account
What is not deleted
- Local data on your device (your dictionary, translation history, practice progress). These never leave your device. To remove them, either uninstall the app or use Settings → Cleanup → Delete everything from inside the app.
- Aggregated, non-identifying server statistics (total usage, total cost) that contain no personal data.
Effect on your access
Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to sign in to Translate & Train with the same Apple or Google account until a new account is created (which happens automatically the next time you sign in). The new account starts fresh with the default $3 lifetime API credit and no history.
